“Made in S.A.” Film Series – “Miss Congeniality”

Texas Public Radio, the San Antonio Film Commission (a division of the City of San Antonio’s Department of Arts & Culture), and Slab Cinema for a “Made in S.A.” film series. This free series celebrates San Antonio’s Tricentennial year by screening films that were made in San Antonio at (or very close to) the locations where they were filmed.   This segment of the series will feature “Miss Congeniality” at Arneson River Theater – the location where main character Gracie Hart (played by Sandra Bullock) participates in the Miss USA Pageant’s Swimsuit Competition.   All screenings are open seating, BYOC (bring your own chair), and available space is on a first-come, first-served basis. Screenings will start 15 minutes after dusk.
