Make your Nonna Proud: Tomato Sauce from Scratch

Learn the secret to creating a Southern Italian sauce with complex flavor profiles! In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to incorporate specific techniques and fresh herbs in their sauce-making, and you will harvest straight from the Culinary Garden. The class will conclude with time to enjoy your sauce with fresh spring bites. You might even think it’s better that your grandma’s sauce – but don’t tell her we said that! Ages 16 and up.
