This poetic drama about volunteer mentoring in a bilingual public school, recorded during cast dress rehearsals & assembled into a 1-hour video, receives a screening for National Poetry Month.
"Mentor Wonders" is a new dramatic play about mentoring in a bilingual San Antonio public school, written by Catherine Lee. The script was developed over 9 months of Zoom-recorded rehearsals by the Seniors in Play readers’ theater group. This video was assembled from Dress Rehearsals of script and poetry interludes, b-roll of actual mentoring interactions, and original music.
