The Culinary Institute of America San Antonio hosts Blue Moon Executive Chef Darrell Jensen in our classroom, Nao Restaurant, for this special event. Chef Jensen will be working with our April 2018 graduating class to create this fun and delicious five-course meal paired with beers by MillerCoors (some classics and some new ones!) Seating is limited to 50.
FUN FACT! This event falls on a week of an actual Blue Moon!
