My Big Fat Greek Wedding’s Gus Portokalos believes that root of every word that ever existed is Greek – “You know, the root of the word tzatziki is a Greek word. Tzatziki come from the Greek word cacık, which is mean a dip, so there you go.” Learn how to make tzatziki, a traditional herb-rich Greek spread used in a variety of ways that you will enjoy in the class!
