OLLU Wordfest: High School Writer's Day

On April 7, Our Lady of the Lake University hosts a high school writer’s day filled with writing workshops and an open mic reading for the youth. 

Any interested local area high school English and creative writing teachers or afterschool programs can email our organizers about participation at clmartinez@lake.ollusa.edu. 

The day long event is free to any participating high schools. We hope to engage and galvanize young people’s interest in creative writing and hybrid forms of literature.
