Our Family Reads: The Mayor’s Book Club – Explore Animal Welfare with Councilman Rey Saldaña

Our Family Reads: The Mayor’s Book Club was created by Mayor Ron Nirenberg to encourage families in the community to read along with him and members of City Council about some of their favorite topics, and to cultivate a community experience. San Antonio is a compassionate city, and that extends to our four-legged friends as well.

Join Councilman Rey Saldaña to learn more about responsible pet ownership and the importance of lending your voice to those that cannot speak for themselves. We will also be joined by a number of community partners including Animal Care Services, SNAPUS, San Antonio Feral Cats, and SA Pets Alive.
