The community is invited to celebrate the artwork at a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring the artist, city officials, and more!
A new public art project titled "Feathers in the Wind" by Luis "Chispas" Guerrero, will be unveiled in City Council District 10. This artwork is a trio of larger-than-life birdhouses serving as a tribute to the backyard birds of San Antonio. The artwork encourages people to slow down, look up, and notice the wildlife that makes its home in the city's neighborhoods.
