Public Art Dedication - The Echoes of Market Square, in Collaboration with Fiesta de los Reyes Kick-Off

The community is invited to join the Rey Feo Consejo Educational Foundation, the City of San Antonio’s Department of Arts & Culture, Council Districts 1 & 5, and Historic Market Square to celebrate the completion of the 8-column mural series “The Echoes of Market Square” during the Fiesta De Los Reyes Kick-Off Event at The Pass at Historic Market Square on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 11 a.m.

These murals, by San Antonio artists Eva Marengo Sanchez and Mike Arguello, tell the stories of Historic Market Square’s rich, cultural history and vibrant future through familiar food, music, toys and performance. Each artist designed four of the eight total columns, totaling 16 murals per artist, 32 murals in the series.
