Puerto Rican Heritage Society celebrates 35 years, prepares Free Second Sunday at ITC
The UTSA Institute of Texan Cultures has enlisted the Puerto Rican Heritage Society for September’s Free Second Sunday programming. Celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2019, the group has planned a day of activities including Puerto Rican music and dance, gaming, art exhibition, field day challenges, children’s crafts and more.
