Reading by Mobi Warren

Mobi Warren‘s poems have been published in several anthologies and her poem Mesquite Dreams the People was one of 30 poems selected for San Antonio’s Tricentennial chapbook. She is the translator from the Vietnamese of several books by the Vietnamese Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh, including Fragrant Palm Leaves and Old Path White Clouds. She leads poetry hikes in San Antonio natural areas, and is the co-founder of Stone in the Stream/Roca en el Rio, a gathering of writers and artists committed to environmental justice and protection. Mobi is also a recently retired high school math teacher.
