Rooftop Jazz Season Announcement Party featuring the Doc Watkins Trio

Artpace is excited to announce the continuation of the members-only Rooftop Jazz concert series, in partnership with KRTU Jazz 91.7. The outdoor series will return on Friday, June 16, and continue on July 21, August 18, and September 29.

The 2016 Rooftop Jazz Season Announcement Party will feature a performance by the Doc Watkins Trio, beer provided by Alamo Beer, and cocktails provided by XX.  Locally based pianist, organist and band leader Doc Watkins now heads up his own music venue, Jazz, TX, which focuses on jazz, blues, big band, Texas swing, salsa, conjunto and Americana.
