SCREENWRITING CONTEST

In order to serve the vast amounts of artists in the San Antonio/Austin market Atelier has started a screenplay contest.  Contestants are asked to submit short scripts of no longer than two-pages in length by the September 10th deadline.  “We are looking for scripts centered around current events that can be filmed in San Antonio with the actors who have enrolled in the first Actors Core project” explains Nelson, Director of Atelier Talent Development “this is a great opportunity for our actors to get on camera experience, but also an amazing chance for area screenwriters to get their work professionally produced—to be premiered in late December 2020.”

Script Guidelines:

– 2 to 3 Pages

– 4 Characters; 18+ Years Old

– Present Day; Current Topics

– MAX 2 Locations (Public)

– PG-13

*Scripts with an exciting, unexpected twist or reversals encouraged!
