Sipping and Searing

Join us as we fire up the grills for a Mediterranean adventure! Each course will be beautifully paired with great wine samples from local wine expert Michelle Jacobs, all while enjoying music by Mitch Webb. We’ll have a great time learning grilling basics inspired by the culinary garden.

Menu:

Grilled Panisse with herbed aioli
Lamb and beef kofta with house-made tzatziki
Grilled garden vegetables over Israeli couscous
Olive oil cake with smoked lemon cream
