Learn firsthand the culinary traditions used by the vaqueros, with a presentation and hands-on demonstration of traditional vaquero cooking style, then enjoy a three-course meal featuring recipes from Davila’s book Cowboy Barbecue: Fire & Smoke from the Original Texas Vaqueros.
