Since 1968 this event is a joint project of the San Antonio River Walk Association and the Harp & Shamrock Society of Texas.
Festivities include Irish and ethnic foods and beer. Entertainment includes a family-friendly interactive activity area called Passport to Ireland featuring new hands-on fun for 2020, including Irish breeds of dogs, a putting green, and more. Other festival activities include caricatures, photo booths, and Irish novelty items. Back by popular demand is the Irish Garden Pub with adult and kids karaoke. Free admission and activities. Food, drink, and souvenirs are extra.
