This class is a fusion of two of the most beneficial and fun forms of physical activity: aerial hammock and yoga! The style taught derives from the teachings of Iyengar and will be a slow flow class focusing on targeting deeper stretches, inversion training, and gaining strength through controlled, intentional positions with the use of a silk.
