Tardeada 2023

This year our Tardeada highlights roughly 100 students from our three accordion classes, two bajo sexto classes, our dance class, and our youth program! We are excited to share with you what our Conjunto in the Comunidad students have been working on all summer! This year’s Tardeada lineup includes Conjunto Heritage Taller students, Fern y Su Conjunto, Conjunto Puro Corazon, Los Callejeros de San Anto, Eva Ybarra y su conjunto siempre, and closing out the night is our very own Maestro Bene Medina y Su Conjunto Aguila.

This event is free, and open to the public, with a VIP ticket option for $30. Space is limited to 125 general admission so we recommend you reserve your FREE tickets through Eventbrite. Only a certain amount of free general admission will be available the day of the event!

Conjunto Heritage Taller is a community-based nonprofit organization founded in 2002, dedicated to the preservation, perpetuation, and instruction of traditional conjunto music as played with the button accordion and bajo sexto. CHT provides free community classes in accordion and bajo to students of all ages and skill levels, focusing on seniors and underserved youth, while educating the larger community about this genre by performing at public events.
