The Children's Nutcracker

The Children’s Nutcracker, a magical event with an award-winning, all-children cast, is back again this year, now with three show times due to strong community support and special events for children before the shows. Close to 200 dancers auditioned, from 52 studios around Texas. The shows will include children of all levels, ages 3-19 years old. The Children’s Ballet of San Antonio is directed by award winning teacher and principal dancer Vanessa Bessler. A team of world class artists are helping to prepare this event including Amy Fote, ballet master and former prima ballerina from the Houston Ballet.
