The Dirty River Jazz Band Live Concert in the Park Presented by the King William Cultural Arts Committee

The King William Association is delighted host The Dirty River Jazz Band for our September concert. Enjoy the sound of traditional jazz in Beautify San Antonio Park. The seven-piece band is led by Chris Alvarado, and has its roots in Seguin, Texas at Texas Lutheran University. Their lively Concert in the Park last year had a lot of folk dancing.

According to their website, dirtyriverjazzband.com, “With everyone in the band being a music educator, the goal of the band is to bring high energy and expertise to a style of music that some have not forgotten. The roaring 20s are coming back around, and The Dirty River Jazz Band is the future of traditional jazz in Texas.”
