The Staunch Launch

Jump-Start Performance Co. celebrates the global day of generosity and launches our new season with an informal gathering at the theater that includes previews of upcoming productions and light refreshments. In the spirit of giving, Jump-Start is pleased to continue offering the $0 ticket option.  If patrons are feeling generous at this time of year, they may add a donation when getting a ticket and, as always, find a donation jar at our box office.  Jump-Start has been staunchly dedicated to presenting original, innovative performance for 39 years and appreciates the longtime support of our community.

The Staunch Launch will feature new work by Jump-Start company members Holly Nañes (Screaming into the Void: Dear Earth), Clint Taylor (Better Butter), Marisela Barrera (Lechuza Guide to the Lone Star State), and Lilith and Sarah Tijerina (Chupacabrona).  Our INKubator artist Fred Himes (Devil at the Crossroads) will present a snippet of his show and there will be information on our Guest Artist residency, Performance Party 39 and 8 X 8 Cabaret du Jump.
