This Is How We Do It: Art & Family is a dual exhibition that features a new series of mixed-media portraits by Raul Rene Gonzalez; and a group exhibition of the collaborating San Antonio artists and their children.

Collaborating artists include Sarah Fox, Albert Gonzales and Caroline Gonzales, Jacqueline Saragoza McGilvray and Shea McGilvray, Daniela Oliver de Portillo and Carmen Oliver.

This exhibition is funded by a 2023 Individual Artist Grant from the City of San Antonio and the ARPA 4 Arts Grant Program.
