Urban-15 "Accion!" Virtual Latino Film Screenings

URBAN-15 creates art that merges traditional Latino Culture, modern artistic aesthetics, and creative technologies. URBAN-15 provides instruction and dance troupe ensemble performances for participants to develop the skills and creativity to ensure life-long participation in the arts. The organization blends traditional and modern art-forms in music, movement, and media.  The “Accion!” Virtual Film Festival, highlights 15 films by artists – all under 21 years old – from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Brazil, Columbia, Argentina, Chile, the U.S., and Spain. The films were selected from Urban-15’s 2007-2023 Josiah Film Festivals and will be streamed for a week on a continuous 24-hour loop beginning at midnight on September 16th through midnight on September 23rd. New screenings will begin every two hours.
