Virtual Sound Bath

Join artist Pamela Martinez on Wednesday, March 31st as she leads a Virtual Sound Bath at Confluence Park.

This 30-minute meditative journey will show its participants the vibrational power of sound.  Participants can expect to be soothed into a deep relaxation by using the sounds of singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, vocals, and other sound sources to provide a meditative and healing environment.
