Viva Tango!

The fifth and concluding concert of the 81st season of the San Antonio Chamber Music Society will feature the Viva Tango! Please join us as we get a glimpse of Argentina air mixed in our ears and hearts as we dedicate ourselves to the music and surrender to the romance of the night and the passion of the tango. Let the music of this phenomenal ensemble fill us with sensuality and nostalgia as we walk through the world of tango, and partake in its rags-to-riches story. For tango was born in the most humble circumstances, in the backstreets of Argentina’s Buenos Aires in the 19th century.

There is free parking for this event in the Trinity Baptist parking lots; however, attendees requiring accessible parking should use the lot entered from Shook Ave directly behind the church.  Attendees may join a post-concert dinner – see information at https:/www.sacms.org/post-concert-dinners/.  Concert tickets are $25. Students and active military are free.
