Voices de la Luna Annual Youth Poetry Festival

Inspired by the poem, “won’t you celebrate with me,” penned by Lucille Clifton, Voices de la Luna is pleased to invite you to enter your poems that consider celebration as resilience and healing. Voices’ de la Luna’s mission statement reminds that “poetry heals wounds and art improves the quality of life” so if you will be able to attend our festival, enter us your best polished poems of resilience, healing, joy, celebration– or however the theme of “won’t you celebrate with me” finds you. All poetry forms will be considered including visual and collage poetry.

with Keynote Speaker- 2024 San Antonio Poet Laureate, Eddie Vega!
