UTSA professor Joycelyn Moody will discuss recent autobiographies by distinguished African American writers and the classic writing strategies that James Baldwin perfected. Virtually all African American autobiographers since Baldwin have narrated their life stories to demonstrate emphatically that all black lives matter.
