Yelp's Thank You Thursday: Seeds of Gratitude at Plant Shoppe

Each year, Yelpers across North America are encouraged to come together to put a smile on a business owner's face by sharing their gratitude via a review as part of #ThankYouThursday. It's been a difficult few years for small businesses, yet many are doing all they can to continue bringing their passions to their communities. That work impacts so many people, and we hope you'll join us and spread gratitude and help connect others with these businesses.

As some added fun, this #ThankYouThursday kicks off at Plant Shoppe, to thank our awesome San Antonio community! We're working with this incredible, women-owned plant nursery to treat local Yelpers to Seeds of Gratitude - confirmed guests will be invited to stop on November 17th to receive a complimentary plant. The first 50 people to show up will also receive a one-of-a-kind Yelp mug which could be used as a plant pot.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
+ You need a Yelp account in order to RSVP.
+ You must have a real photo and name on your Yelp profile.
+ Your primary location on your Yelp profile is set to San Antonio. (Or a surrounding area, as we want to be sure we're sending locals!)
+ You must receive a confirmation email titled "You're In!" to redeem.
+ Be 21+ years old

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM "IN" FOR AN EVENT?
When you RSVP for a Yelp Event, you'll receive an automatic receipt. If you're in, you'll receive a separate confirmation e-mail from the CM at a later time notifying that you're on the official guest list. Auto-generated receipt emails are not confirmation emails. Please make sure your Yelp email settings are turned on so you receive the event details and confirmation. If you do not see an email, please check your spam for an email from sanantonio@yelp.com.

How to sign up for emails via mobile:
-Open your Yelp app
-Click the "more" tab, then "settings," then "email notifications"
-Make sure the first option "receive emails from Yelp" is turned on
How to sign up for emails via desktop:
-Click the icon with your profile photo in the top right corner of the page
-Click "account settings" from the drop-down list
-Click on "email/notifications," log in again just to confirm it's you
-Change/edit your email address if necessary
-Check the first box titled "receive emails from Yelp," and hit "save."

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFO

+ We strongly encourage everyone to get vaccinated against COVID-19 (including a vaccine booster) to protect themselves and our community!

+ If you have not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, you must wear a face mask that covers both your mouth and nose while indoors. If you have been fully vaccinated, face masks are optional indoors, except in locations where they are required regardless of vaccination status.
