CCDO promotes and initiates compatible development and redevelopment within the CRAG through the facilitation of the development process and the administration of various incentive programs such as the Center City Housing Incentive Policy (CCHIP) and the Inner City Reinvestment Infill Policy (ICRIP). With our many partners we have begun to implement the SA2020 mission through mixed-use projects in the downtown area, workshops for developers, concept plans for the revitalization of underutilized properties, property open houses, pop-up shops and events to highlight the potential of center city development.
