Capistrano Soap Company

Capistrano Soap Company is a family of artisans with a soap-making heritage that has passed through three generations. Our company is named after Mission San Juan Capistrano in San Antonio where our family’s legacy craft began in 1929. We’ve created modern products that pamper skin with a fresh, healthy approach to bodycare. Our artisans use all-natural botanicals and butters to handcraft products that cleanse, balance and restore skin vitality. We conduct public creative maker workshops to share our knowledge in soapmaking, candlemaking and the creation of fresh facials. Reservations may be made on our website. Our downtown San Antonio flagship boutique/studio is located in the La Villita Historic Arts Village at 210 S. Presa Street, just steps from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and a short stroll from all downtown hotels.
