Priscilla Iree is a multidisciplinary artist-activist born and raised in San Antonio, TX. Throughout her career and travels, she has participated in projects with Nina Diaz and Los Skarnales; has apprenticed under renowned artist Veronica Castillo; and has had work featured in Chicago, Los Angeles, Houston and New York City.
Her personal endeavors are centered in advocating for human rights, Madre Tierra, and de-stigmatizing the taboos surrounding sexuality, spirituality and mental health in Latinx culture as it pertains to her religious upbringing and self-awareness.
Though always expanding her mediums, she works primarily in graphic illustration, acrylic, watercolor and papier-mache, also utilizing recycled items. She is both a singer and multi-instrumentalist with a focus in Latin, jazz and soul music, as well as a poet and dancer.
