A native Texan, Nicolette was born in Dallas  but spent her formative years in Littleton Colorado. Returning to her roots, she came back to Texas in 1994 and has called San Antonio home ever since. She is a singer, song writer, actress, director, producer, and voiceover artist.  She has performed on various Texas stages and at festivals and tradeshows.

Nicolette received the Most Promising Female Vocalist of the year award from the Entertainer-Indie association after the release of her debut album, “Lone Star Lonely”, recorded in Patsy Cline's old house in Nashville, TN. The album had two single releases, "Ain't No Heartache" and "Tied to the Wheel of Runaway Heart", both of which debuted as Top Album Cuts in the 1997 Gavin Music Country Chart.  Her latest single release "Hard To Say You Love Me" was chosen to be included in the Texas Country Music Association's Best Texas Country Picks Volume 5 CD available in Spring 2024. Her most recent single releases, "Show Me A Rodeo" and "True Love", are available now and will be included on her new album, "Rose of San Antone" releasing in 2025. 

 

Most recently, her original  song, "Hard to Say You Love Me", was added as the 7th song on Center Stage Magazine s Fresh Indie country playlist for the week ending March 3, 2024.

Nicolette has an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Music from the University of Denver Lamont School of Music. Although she loves to perform country music, she has a passion for opera and studied under former Metropolitan Opera performers. Classical performing credits include The San Antonio Symphony Mastersingers, South Texas Lyric Opera, Lamont Opera Theater, Lamont Chorale, and Lamont Jazz Choir.

A huge fan of musical theater, she has performed at The Woodlawn Theater, The Playhouse, The Public Theater of San Antonio, The Cameo Theater, and The Roxie Theater. In addition she was the Executive Director of the Overtime Theater, Aria Creative Productions and Texas Light Opera. She is a National Anthem singer and has sang for various events at the AT&T Center, Retama Park., and for the Missions baseball team.
