Join the Department of Arts and Culture's work session to identify strategies to meet the needs of the San Antonio Performing Arts Industry.

Each performing arts organization is asked to send only one representative per their organization.

This hands-on work session will cover the following:

• Vision 2025 – What do you want to see in place in five years as a result of our actions?
• Situation Analysis – What is blocking us from achieving our vision? What are the priority needs we must address to achieve this vision?
• Three Priority Goals – What are those few things that will make the biggest difference in addressing our needs and achieving our vision?

Doors will open at 8:30 a.m., with the session starting promptly at 9 a.m.

Free parking is available on a first come, first serve basis at the KLRN parking lot. Boxed lunches will be provided for the first 50 attendees.
