This is one of the largest parades held on the River Walk. It is televised live locally and syndicated in over 25 markets and replayed over 100 times throughout the United States. The presenting sponsors are Budweiser and Visit San Antonio.
This free parade is dedicated to the men and women in all branches of the United States Armed Forces and features 25 patriotically-decorated and musical floats carrying all branches of military personnel and numerous businesses and nonprofits who honor and support active and retired soldiers. View the parade for free from throughout the downtown section of the River Walk. On-stage entertainment will serenade floats through the Arneson River Theatre. Break out your red-white-and-blue, and let’s show ‘em we appreciate our nation's freedom made possible through their sacrifices.
