Senior and young writers share their stories, thoughts and ideas in a tribute to Women’s History Month.
The Bihl Haus Golden senior writers and students of the Young Poets Society and Creative Writing Class of the Young Women’s Leadership Academy (YWLA) present an intergenerational reading in celebration of Women’s History Month. Crossing generational gaps with words, ideas and musings, writers from both programs respond to each other’s work. How do we each see? What do we each have to say? Michelle Grajeda, YWLA Young Poets Society and Creative Writing Class teacher, and their 2017-18 poet-in-residence, Jim LaVilla-Havelin, also the instructor for the Bihl Haus Goldens, will read from their works as well.
