For the safety of all, the Art League has announced that its annual juried exhibition will be presented entirely online at www.saalm.org.  The artwork opens for viewing on May 15th and will be available until the 26th of June. There will be an accompanying printed catalog, which will also be available online as a PDF, free to the public as a download.

19 monetary awards to artists, totally over $10,000, were chosen by Juror Mary Heathcott, Executive Director of Blue Star Contemporary. Among these awards are the Onderdonk purchase Prize ($3000), as well as the Beth Eidelberg Memorial Award and the Richard Conn Memorial Award (each $1000). The awards will be announced on May 15th when the online exhibit opens.

For the first time in the history of this venerable exhibition, submissions were accepted only through digital images. 60 pieces in various media were chosen by the Juror from a field of 450 submissions by 220 Texas artists.
