Please join us for our next virtual cooking workshop, “Taller Chicomecoatl: Mexican Indigenous Plant-based Foods” with Dr. Lilliana P. Saldaña on August 1st via zoom at 7 PM CST. Admission for this virtual workshop is $3- $10 más o menos.

The workshop series will have one more session on August 15, 2020. We are continuing to help sustain the advocacy work and cultural arts programming of the Esperanza during this time. This series of cooking workshops will cover the basic building blocks of Indigenous Mexican foods, including salsas, beans, maiz and their many uses and culinary variations.
