Youth Expression Showcase Hosted by SAY Sí & Fiesta Youth
Join us this National Poetry Month for a celebration of youth voice. SAY Sí's ALAS Youth Theatre Company will collaborate with Fiesta Youth for an evening of virtual performances by young people. Hosted by Tejana poet/actor/writer/activist, Amalia Ortiz, this evening of performance will feature new and original works by youth artists based in Texas.

Mori Blanco-Sanchez is a queer, non-binary, Mexican-American artist and poet currently working for their bachelor’s degree in Art Education at the University of North Texas. They are known best for their poetry surrounding death, identity, and their experience as a minority.
