Founded in 1991 through a collaboration with the City of San Antonio, the Instituto Cultural de Mexico, and the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, the Guadalupe Dance Company celebrates its 30th anniversary on Friday, October 1, at the Plaza Avenida Guadalupe at 8pm. The fun-filled celebration commemorates years of cultural and artistic excellence through music and dance of the Mexican States of Tamaulipas, Nuevo Leon, Colima, Oaxaca, Sinaloa, Veracruz, Yucatan, Puebla and featuring the Guadalupe Dance Company and the renowned Mariachi Azteca de America.
