We are excited to introduce you to San Antonio’s new restaurant, GUNSLINGERS, at the beautiful Los Patios property in central SA (in the Gazebo building at the far end of the property).
Gunslingers is a creation of both Chef Stephen Paprocki of The CO-OP SA and Texas Black Gold Garlic and Chef Adrian Cruz, a James Beard award-winning chef of Ghost Kitchens SA.
Gunslingers is a scratch kitchen featuring elevated fast casual favorites, including incredible burgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, mac-n-cheese and more.
You can dine-in, order to-go or for delivery using Doordash and Uber Eats, etc.
The restaurant, true to its name, will also be playing VINTAGE WESTERNS for guests to enjoy while they eat. TODAY's feature will be "Brand of the Devil" from 1944.
Gunslingers will be the first of its kind in San Antonio that will have no front of the house staff. Guests order off the menu and pay using a QR code and runners will bring meals out to the tables.
