In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month and El Grito San Antonio, enjoy delicious “antojitos mexicanos”, a handicraft market and entertainment in Historic Market Square. The proceeds from El Grito San Antonio will be donated to LULAC, a national organization that supports students of Hispanic origin to continue with their studies.

This year, El Grito Weekend commemorates 200 years of the consummation of the Independence of Mexico in 1821, 500 years of the Spanish conquest of Mexico and 700 years of the establishment of the great city of Tenochtitlan.
