The Esperanza Peace and Justice Center celebrates 32 years of combining the arts with economic sustainability, international exchange, and social consciousness. Peace Market provides a family-friendly safe environment!
This year the market will be held outdoors on Friday, November 26 & Saturday, November 27 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Esperanza Peace and Justice Center at 922 San Pedro Ave., located 1.5 miles north of the downtown library on San Pedro and Evergreen St. across from the VIA offices.
As one of the oldest annual open-air international markets, the Mercado de Paz offers a community-centered alternative shopping destination during the busiest corporate shopping days of the year.
Artisans will offer shoppers a variety of artful, beautifully handmade items! This year, the market will also offer shopping with local vendors!
Parking will be available at the nearby San Antonio College (SAC) parking lots.
In an effort to promote maximum safety for our staff, Buena Gente, and customers, we are encouraging guests to wear face coverings and to social distance. Thank you!
