Join us at Confluence Park in celebrating the release of Where Wonder Grows, the newest picture book by San Antonio creative team Adriana Garcia & Xelena González. Enjoy a live reading, art, activity stations, nature strolls, face painting, book signings, and the San Antonio Public Library’s newest StoryWalk® along the river.

Books will be available for purchase, and participants will have a chance to win book giveaways! An English reading takes place at 1pm, and a Spanish reading takes place at 3:15pm. Activities take place between 1:45-3:15 and will include: "Dancing the Elements" with Ceiba Ili, Rock Painting with Latino Outdoors, Sound Healing with San Arte, Cave Wall Painting with MesquitePapi & American Indians in Texas, Community Poetry with Empower House, Nature Walks with the San Antonio River Authority, Face Painting with Chichimetzli, and more. Although this event takes place outdoors, we ask all attendees to wear masks during group activities.
