Perfect your purée, master your mince, and fine-tune your flambé at Culinerdy sessions in the Garden. This class will add fun to the fundamentals with step-by-step training and juicy details about essential ingredients and garden-fresh produce.

In this zesty class, we’ll teach you the essentials in making your own artisanal vinaigrettes. You will also sample some of our very own with garden-fresh salad, house-made compound butter, and fresh-baked bread accompanied by a refreshing beverage.

Culinerdy classes are appropriate for all skill levels. A complimentary adult beverage and lite hors d’oeuvres will be provided.

Fee: $35 ($31.50 member). Registration deadline is Wednesday, July 20 at 12 p.m.
