A dance workshop going over the fundamental elements of vogue femme performance and ballroom history. Participants will also learn a short choreographed routine.
Jump-Start offers a summer workshop series led and created by a cohort of San Antonio-based artists. Three unique workshops will be offered to anyone interested in exploring their creativity or looking to inform or enhance their own artistry. The lead artists in the workshop are Antonio “AKASHA” Padron, VOCAB and Nick Blevins and Sarah Tijerina and Clint Taylor. All workshops will take place at Jump-Start Theater.
