Honest Soul Yoga welcomes you to Moon Sounds ::
a 60 minute sound bath steeped in moon energy. This practice will begin with gentle guided meditation with acknowledgment of the moon phase and its attributes followed by a crystal singing bowl sound bath. Sound Bath is then followed by a guided meditation out of the sounds to help integrate intention & vibration.
Please come as you are (yoga clothes not required) and feel free to bring a blanket, pillow and eye-cover to relax, rejuvenate and absorb healing sound vibration.
