Second is Intro to Sound and Gong Bath, 6-8pm, $40

Together these offerings make a wonderful evening of sound healing; with enough time between both to take a break, grab some food, and make your way back to the studio.

Chakra Tuning uses simple Vocal Toning techniques and Guided Meditation to remove stress and
stuck energy and release emotional blockages within the body. This Energetic Tuning technique
clears, cleanses, and balances the Chakras and gateways with harmonic tones of healthy, higher
frequency energy that comes from within each person.
During this experiential 2-hour session, Michael will help everyone to easily find their voice and guide
them through the Chakra Tuning process to create their own daily, self-healing vocal toning practice.
During the 2-hour experiential vocal toning session, you will learn how to:
 create and tone seven simple vowel sounds
 synchronize the sound and vibrations from those seven vowels to each of the seven chakras
 focus your intention of self-love and self-compassion for self-healing and mindful meditation
while toning the seven vowel sounds within the body
 tune your energetic system (chakras, meridians, gateways, energy centers)
Chakra Tuning through Vocal Toning works on the body’s energetic system to channel life energy
also known as prana, mana, chi, ki throughout the body. This daily practice allows for improved
health, harmony, wholeness and well-being by moving energy with simple, self-created vocal toning
techniques to tune all the bodies.

Why Chakra Tuning?
When our chakras or energy centers are tuned and balanced and our energetic system is aligned and
flowing freely, we become in-tune with our personal nature and Spirit, which allows us to expand our
awareness and elevate our consciousness.

Chakra Tuning through Vocal Toning is all about feeling safe in our bodies and knowing the tools and
mechanics to come back into balance whenever things get a little out of tune.
We are not creating music; we are creating sound. We begin and end with silence and in-between we
invite peace and love.

Suggestions:
**Bring a stool, meditation cushion or mat if you are sitting or lying on the floor.
We will also have chairs for those who choose to sit tall.
Wear comfortable clothes.

About your instructor:

Michael Enderle is an internationally recognized Sound-Energy Master, Spiritual Counselor and Shamanic Practitioner. In
1998, he began studying with Grand Masters of Sound and Energy Healing. For over 10 years, Michael lived and studied
in the Middle East, Asia, and UK, to deepen his knowledge of combining Sound, Vibration and Energy Healing with
personal, professional, and spiritual development. Michael graduated from St. Mary’s University and is a trained
HealthRHYTHMS® Practitioner and a lifetime member of the Sound Healers Association – USA. Michael is honored as a

learning workshops, sound therapy and Shamanic energy healing sessions, empowering retreats, community events and
concert performances for diverse populations around the world.
