On September 12, DASHI collabs with accomplished celebrity Chef Jo Chan (Bravo’s Top Chef) of Austin, TX for the traditional and iconic Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋节) – a celebration of family to give thanks for the fall harvest. Chef Jo Chan will display her expertise within the Asian-fusion culinary genre as she teams with DASHI's own Master Chef Jian Li - both creating an unforgettable Mid-Autumn feast of abundance. It is our honor to invite you to attend DASHI Dinner Series Season 2 Episode 3: Mid-Autumn Festival Collab. with Chef Jo Chan - a 16-course, 8-beverage celebration.
