Led by expert conversationalist Michael Quintanilla, the “Salud y Cariño” — health and affection — panel will feature Medicare specialist Rita Tolbert of UnitedHealthcare’s Latino Initiative, activist Rosie Castro, who’s navigating her own health care journey; and Carmen Yulin Cruz, the dynamic former mayor of San Juan, Puerto Rico, who led her island city through two hurricanes — and has dealt with some of her own.
