Biology of Misbelief is an exhibition of new work by Chris Sauter. The work explores the acceptance and promulgation of misinformation, touching on the role neurotransmitters and hormones play in the development of belief and how beliefs relate to notions of self and national identity.
Biology of Misbelief consists of a group of sculptures, drawings, and video projections that draw their imagery from molecular models, parasitology, emblems of group identity, and internet memes.
